Friday November 13 - Spent the day in Myrtle Beach with Steve and Cheryl

As typical on this trip, you are frequently seeing the very same boats from port to port.  In this case,
the boat Hey Jude happens to pass by the Off Duty once again heading for Isle of Palms near Charleston.  We are sure to catch up again, down the road.

 Today since we were visiting great friends, we were able to get some supplies and do a little more laundry.  Thanks to Steve for showing us around the area while making sure to get all the chores done.   The mechanic showed up as planned and although he was a bit talkative, he got the job done and got the generator running again.  The engine problems seemed to have worked out as we re-filled with fresh gas.

The Rivers in South Carolina are still swelled from the extensive rains last month, but no cause for problems traveling in the area.

At the end of today, Steve and Cheryl decided to travel along with us to Charleston for the weekend.
