Off Duty leaves home in Middle River MD and heads to Ft. Myers Beach Florida on Saturday October 31, 2015 The Motoryacht Off Duty will embark on an adventure driving our boat down the Inter Coastal Waterway (ICW}. We plan to take a total of 5 weeks and stop by Myrtle Beach to see my cousin Steve, possibly Beaufort SC to see Mr. Jim and his wife and many small towns and large cities in between.Follow us as we travel via this blog. We plan to update daily or as often we can.

We started out today thinking we could make up for the lost time from leaving late yesterday. As we approached Solomon's it got rough. We were OK and decided to try and keep going...mistake. We turned into Solomon's to spend the night. After anchoring we found that we could only get 2 channels on the TV and neither were the Ravens game. We launched the dinghy and headed to Bluefish Pub. There was a Birthday party going on for one of the locals we got invited to Hot Dogs, Chili and cupcakes while watching the game. It was great to see Ravens win. When we got back to the boat we grabbed a fishing rod and used the dinghy to troll the creek for maybe a Rock fish. Got no fish but the ride was great seeing these mansion on the River.
